1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how One Source Fleet Services Inc., operating as ExpertFleetServices ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with expertfleetservices.com, fleet-owner inquiries, and our SMS messaging program for people in the United States and Canada. It does not replace a separate agreement or notice that applies to an employment relationship or an active fleet-management engagement.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and state or province.
  • Fleet inquiry details: whether you own cargo vans, your current and planned fleet size, ownership interests, desired start date, and information you send to our team.
  • Communications and preferences: inquiries, replies, support requests, and, when you enroll in SMS messaging, consent records, enrollment source and time, message delivery information, and opt-out requests.
  • Technical information: our hosting and embedded-form providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and cookies needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot their services.

Please do not send payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive driver records through the general inquiry form.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss fleet-owner opportunities, coordinate consultations and onboarding, provide requested support, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. When you separately opt in, we use your phone number to send follow-ups about your inquiry or application, confirmation that information you requested was delivered to you, and customer support replies. Providing your phone number or accepting website terms does not, by itself, enroll you in SMS messaging.

4. SMS privacy and consent

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Limited disclosure to messaging providers, carriers, and other vendors acting on our behalf is permitted only as needed to deliver and support the messaging service, manage consent and opt-outs, or comply with law.

When you expressly opt in to receive text messages from Expert Fleet Services at the number you provide, we may send follow-ups about your inquiry or application, confirmation that information you requested was delivered to you, and customer support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of being considered for any program. This opt-in does not authorize unrelated marketing or promotional texts.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. You may also contact us by email or phone to withdraw consent. We honor other reasonable requests to stop messages. A non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. We keep the minimum information needed to record and respect your opt-out.

See our SMS Terms & Conditions for more details.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell leads or share leads or contact information with other businesses for their own marketing. We use providers for website hosting, inquiry forms, email, business administration, and message delivery. Our website includes a Wix-hosted inquiry form, and we use GoHighLevel to manage customer communications and our SMS program. Providers may process information to carry out those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues. The restrictions on sharing mobile numbers and SMS consent data described above apply to these disclosures.

Information may be stored or processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries where our providers operate, and may be subject to lawful access under those countries' laws.

6. Cookies, analytics, and embedded services

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, and visitor interactions so we can improve our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and processes information about your browser, device, and use of the site. We do not intentionally send inquiry form answers, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.

Embedded services such as the Wix inquiry form may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, and service operation. Your browser settings can limit cookies, although doing so may affect the form. External sites and service providers have their own privacy notices; review those notices when using their services.

7. Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, ongoing business relationships, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and resolving disputes. Consent and suppression records may be retained to demonstrate permission and prevent further messages after an opt-out. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified, subject to lawful retention requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy choices

You may ask us to access or correct your information, delete information, or withdraw consent by contacting us below. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including receiving a copy of your information or challenging how it is handled. We will assess requests under applicable law and may verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or to honor your communication preferences.

You may decline SMS messaging while continuing to inquire, apply, or be considered for any program. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or their applicable provincial privacy regulator.

9. Children and policy updates

Our website and SMS program are intended for adults conducting business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with an updated date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required. A policy update does not itself enroll you in SMS messaging or expand your existing SMS consent.
