1. Website and fleet inquiries
These terms describe use of expertfleetservices.com and the ExpertFleetServices SMS program, operated by One Source Fleet Services Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). Our website provides information about cargo van fleet-management services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a fleet-management agreement, employment relationship, or obligation to purchase services.
Vehicle eligibility, driver requirements, responsibilities, fees, and payment terms are established through separate agreements. Fleet performance depends on freight demand, vehicle and driver availability, operating expenses, and other conditions. We do not guarantee a particular revenue, profit, or return.
2. ExpertFleetServices SMS program
The Expert Fleet Services SMS program provides people in the United States and Canada who opt in with text messages at the number provided, including follow-ups about their inquiry or application, confirmation that information they requested was delivered to them, and customer support replies. We use GoHighLevel to support our messaging program. This opt-in does not authorize unrelated marketing or promotional texts.
SMS enrollment is optional. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of being considered for any program. Providing your phone number on a general inquiry or application form does not, by itself, enroll you in SMS messaging.
3. Enrollment and consent
To enroll in SMS messages, you must take an affirmative action to provide express consent through a clearly identified SMS opt-in method that describes the program and links to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Where written consent is required, it must be captured and recorded before messages are sent. The scope of messages is limited to the consent you give.
You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Consent applies to ExpertFleetServices and does not authorize unrelated businesses to send you text messages. These terms do not replace any sender identification, consent disclosure, or unsubscribe instructions required at enrollment or in individual messages.
4. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. It depends on the program you enroll in and your interactions with our team. Any specific frequency or limit disclosed at enrollment applies to that program.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received under your plan. Contact your carrier for pricing and coverage information.
5. Opt out and get help
Reply STOP to a program message to opt out at any time. You may also request an opt-out by calling 908-224-7375 or emailing Recruiting@expertfleetservices.com. We honor other reasonable requests that clearly express your wish to stop messages. We process requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines, including no later than 10 business days for Canadian commercial electronic messages.
You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out. Further program messages stop unless you provide new consent. To rejoin, complete the program's opt-in process again.

6. Delivery and your phone number
Message delivery depends on carrier coverage, network conditions, and device compatibility. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not an emergency service.
Provide accurate contact information and tell us if you change or give up your number so we can update your preferences. Do not enroll someone else's number without authorization.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how it is used. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf to deliver and support the program or comply with law.
8. Acceptable use and website content
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false or abusive inquiries, impersonate another person, interfere with site operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Website content and branding belong to ExpertFleetServices or their respective owners. You may view and share links to our pages for legitimate business purposes; other uses must respect applicable intellectual-property rights.
We aim to provide accurate information but do not promise that the website will always be complete, current, or available. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms.
9. Changes and your rights
We may update website information and these terms, or modify or discontinue the messaging program. Revised terms will show an updated date. Changes do not retroactively expand SMS consent; we obtain new consent where required.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable United States federal or state law, Canadian federal or provincial law, or other applicable law. A separate signed service agreement governs the fleet-management services it covers.
